Necklaces - Urban Chic
The Japanese technique used in this necklace is Mokume Gane. Layers of different color polymer clay are stacked on top of each other and a pattern is pressed into the clay. Thin slices of polymer are removed from the top revealing the colors of the lower layers. A wire coil attaches the piece to the black Buna cord. A polymer ball and cylinder closure complete the necklace. Size: Approx. 15.5\" Each piece is one of a kind and hand made in my studio, therefore the necklace that you order will be similar but not identical to this photograph.
